The power box that turns it on and off is annoyingly loud. It's loud enough to give me a headache and get super annoyed. Also part of the bottle that screw into the top leaks and drips down the inside of the bottle and out the bottom. It's annoying to have to hold the cups on my breast and lean forward the whole time so the milk will actually flow down into the bottle (otherwise it just sits in the cups and builds up around your breast). I only gave it two stars because after a while you will get your milk pumped but it's not a pleasant procedure. I have nothing to compare it to but I'm sure there is no way but up from this one...
