After reading all the rave reviews about this product, I bought the medium sized one based on the sizing chart and it turned out to be so tight that I couldn't zip it up all the way. So, I ordered a second one, this time a large size and it turned out to be a little loose, the holes didn't center properly around the nipple and didn't hold the nipple shield in place for my medela pump, consequently the milk leaked and I had to hold the shields by hand throughout. There is no way to adjust the bra to make it a little loose or little tight and the nipple holes are centered such that if it doesn't center on your breast correctly, there is no way to adjust it either. When regular bras are made with several hooks so you can adjust the tightness, why couldn't the manufacturer think about incorporating it in this specialized bra? I'm very disappointed by this sub-standard product, especially for the price.
