Review of Philips Avent ISIS Manual On the Go Breast Pump - White

I have been using this pump since my oldest daughter was born, almost 8 years ago.Initially, I had nothing to compare it to, but thought it was very comfortable and worked great.When my 2nd daughter came, she was in the NICU and I was given a hospital grade pump to use until she came home. After she was released they offered for me to rent their pump which I did not find necessary because the avent pump was working so well for me.It expresses quickly, it's easy to use one-handed.I have never tried avents electric pumps but am sure they are great too.I like the control I have with the pump - the "petals" work amazingly.I have replaced this pump with each child (now 3) though it was unnecessary - they always worked - I was just eager to get rid of "clutter" as they grew older.** Note - the only thing worth noting about this product is that it is important to pay attention to the way you put the pieces back together after cleaning.There is a very small rubber piece that fits inside the pump and if it is placed upside down, the pump will not work correctly.An easy fix, but frustrating if you do not realize what is wrong.
