I have bought all of these items seperately and they do help a lot when you are pumping for work. It is great to keep extra pumps, valves, and storage bottles so you aren't constantly cleaning.My favorite part of this kit is definitely the micro-steam bag. I still use this, even now that I'm not pumping as much. It is a very quick way to sterilize all the little things - you can do a bag full of pacifiers, nipples, nipple rings, etc. in 3-5 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave. Awesome!
