Buying the right size breastshields makes all the difference.When I went from the standard (24mm) to these (30mm), I immediately noticed a difference in how much milk I was able to pump.If you're going through the time and energy (and good for you by the way :) to pump, you want it to be as efficient as possible, and if you have large nipples, it's worth it to get these.
